Returns/Exchanges 

Prior to returning an item, please contact us via email to discuss the details (redzoneathens@outlook.com).

Please wait for our response before returning an item. Following email correspondence, the procedure will be as follows:

Exchanges: Order the item in the desired size. Then, at your earliest convenience, return the original item. Send an email including the order number and the return tracking number so that we can be on the lookout for your parcel in the mail. When we receive your item in the mail, we will confirm that the item meets our standards for return/refund.  If so, we will then refund the amount for the order (not including shipping). 

We are a relatively small, independently-owned mom & pop store. We cannot offer free return labels. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, an item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging, and it must be within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Please check to be sure that your item is eligible for return or exchange.

Sale/Clearance items

"Hot Market" items, including dated items such as championship games/National Championship merchandise may be exchanged for a different size when a different size is available. 


Refunds or exchanges will be made at our discretion based on the condition of the item. We may look for the following: 
- Obvious signs of wear/use or odor (second-hand smoke, perfumes, detergent, etc.) that would not allow us to sell the merchandise in "as new" condition
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or manufacturer defect
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery with some exception for holiday purchases

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We appreciate your patience. Refund times may vary depending on our volume of business at certain times of the year.

Also, bank processing times may vary. Check your statement periodically for updates. 

Please contact us (via email)  if your refund has not been posted to your account after 10 business days. 

Sale items (if applicable)
ALL SALES FINAL

Gifts (Returned for exchange)
If you have received an item as a gift you may request an exchange according to the return/exchange policies.
