What is the correct procedure to return or exchange an item?

RETURNING AN ITEM FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Un-worn, un-washed, un-used items may be returned for exchange or refund.  

Before returning an item, please send an email to redzoneathens@outlook.com

Briefly explain the issue with the item and list the reason for return or exchange in the email.

Please be as clear as possible regarding your return instructions.

~ ~ ~ Please include the order number in the subject line. 

If possible, please return the item in the original shipping box.

Please include a pre-paid USPS Priority Mail return label. 

For reference, print a copy of your sent email with the returned item. 

We suggest using USPS FIRST CLASS or PRIORITY MAIL with delivery confirmation for your return.  Use the tracking number to confirm delivery.

A 10 % restocking fee will be applied for any item being returned for a refund. Any item that is returned for exchange will not incur re-stocking fee.

All returns must have original tags attached and must be in new, un-used condition.  Items that have been obviously worn / washed / used may not be returned for a refund or exchange. 

All sale / clearance items as well as jerseys and cheer uniforms are non-refundable. Those items may be exchanged for a different size within 60 days of purchase. 

Returns will be processed within a week of receiving the item. Please allow 2-3 days after you have been refunded to see the transaction on your statement.
