Q: What happens if I do not receive my order?

A: We provide detailed tracking information.

Please follow that tracking closely/daily. When tracking shows successful delivery, we cannot be responsible if your parcel does not get into your possession. If you place an order and then go on vacation for a week, there is a good chance that your parcel may be left unattended at your mail box for a while.If your parcel is left in/at your mailbox, even for and afternoon, it is available to "porch pirates." If you live in a place where your mail is left vulnerable for a period of time, consider having it mailed to your place of business or a PO box where can be secured until it is claimed. 

Please type carefully when entering your address information. Any typo in your street address, zip code, et cetera can create a delay and a "return to sender/address unknown/unable to deliver" scenario. When/if this happens, we kindly ask for your patience as the mail delivery system takes its course. 

 

Q: If tracking shows successful delivery, but I don't have the package, can I get a free replacement or refund? 

A: Sorry, no. The Red Zone is a small, independently-owned "mom & pop" store. We rarely make shipping errors, but when we do, we will take full responsibility to make a correction at no charge to you. If your parcel appears to be "lost" in the mail system, please be patient. This is a rarity, but it does happen occasionally.

Again, we request your patience as it gets "worked out." Grumpy phone calls or emails are not helpful. We are here to provide friendly, helpful service as quickly and efficiently as possible. We all have "bad days." If you are having one, please try to compose yourself before calling. Remember, we are not the enemy. We are trying to spread some joy to the world by selling some Dawgs sweatshirts. We ask that you treat us with the same respect that you would desire.

Q: What is the procedure to return or exchange an item?

A: Un-worn, un-washed, un-used, tagged items may be returned for exchange or refund. It takes a lot of time and effort to process an order. Therefore, a 10% restocking fee may be applied for returned items. The restocking fee will not apply for exchanges.

Jerseys and cheer suits may only be exchanged for a different size.

No refunds.

Please follow the instructions below. 

FOR RETURNS: 

1) Please send an email to redzoneathensga@outlook.com with your order number in the subject line. Briefly explain the issue with the item and list the reason for return in the email. 

Please wait for a reply before returning the item. 

2) If possible, return the item in the original shipping box. Please print a copy of your the email chain regarding your return and include that paper with the returned item. 

We strongly suggest using USPS PRIORITY MAIL or UPS Ground with delivery confirmation for your return.  Send the tracking number to us via email and follow the tracking tracking information daily to confirm delivery to our store.

All returns must have original tags attached and be in new, un-used condition.  Items that have been obviously worn / washed / used may not be returned for a refund. 

All sale / clearance items are not refundable. Those items may be exchanged for a different size within 4 weeks of the original purchase date. 

Returns will be processed within a week of receiving the item. Please allow 2-3 days after you have been refunded to see the transaction on your statement.

FOR EXCHANGES:

1) Please place a new order for the sizes/items that you would like. We cannot provide free return labels. 

2) Return your original items to us at your earliest convenience. Please follow the return instructions outlined above. 

3) Once we receive your item(s), we will credit your account for the returned items, but not the shipping charges. Shipping charges are like air out of a balloon, and cannot be recaptured.  

If you require return shipping to correct an address error, an invoice will be sent to to you via email to pay for the return shipping charges.

 

Q: I just remembered that my MeeMaw's birthday is next week.

May I pay extra for expedited shipping?

A: Yes...and no... but, possibly, yes!

Typically, processing an order in a timely manner to meet your deadline is not a problem. However, our processing speed depends on the time of year and volume of orders at any given time. We have human beings pulling/processing/mailing orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We do not have a team of robots. 

IF you have a special request regarding a deadline (birthday/grad gift, etc.), please contact us via email before placing your order, to confirm that we can make special arrangements to meet your deadline. IF an item is "needed" in just a couple of days, delivery is possible, but additional shipping charges may be required.

A: The Red Zone is located at 186 East Clayton Street, downtown Athens, GA. We have been right here on Clayton St. in the heart of The Classic City since 2003.
