Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: All shipping is "Standard Shipping." We use either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, whichever makes the most sense for your order, based on size, weight, and shipping location. Typically, we process orders on the same day that the order is received. However, we can't always make that happen, depending on the volume of orders. Please allow 7-10 days for order processing.
Q: What is the procedure to return or exchange an item?
A: Un-worn, un-washed, un-used items may be returned for exchange or refund. There will be a 10% restocking fee for returns. To do so, please follow the instructions below.
1) Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line. Briefly explain the issue with the item and list the reason for return in the email. Please wait for a reply before returning the item.
2) If possible, return the item in the original shipping box. Please include a pre-paid USPS Priority Mail return label. For reference, print a copy of your sent email with the returned item.
We strongly suggest using USPS FIRST CLASS or PRIORITY MAIL with delivery confirmation for your return. Use the tracking number to confirm delivery.

All returns must have original tags attached and be in new, un-used condition. Items that have been obviously worn / washed / used may not be returned for a refund.
All sale / clearance items as well as jerseys and cheer uniforms are non-refundable. Those items may be exchanged for a different size within 60 days of purchase.
Returns will be processed within a week of receiving the item. Please allow 2-3 days after you have been refunded to see the transaction on your statement.
1) Please place a new order for the sizes/items that you would like.
2) Return items back to us at your convenience. Please follow the return instructions outlined above.
3) Once we receive your item(s), we will credit your account for the returned items.
