Georgia native and UGA alumnus Jack Davis (December 2, 1924 – July 27, 2016) created iconic characters for his beloved alma mater for many years, as well as countless album covers, movie posters, ads, and magazine covers.
This adaptation of one of his best-loved works was created specifically to commemorate the 2022 National Championship. Mr. Davis, we humbly ask for your blessing from the great drawing room in the sky. You were indeed elite.
